ユーザー名
ランキング機能を利用する際に、ユーザーが任意でユーザー名を設定できます。
設定されたユーザー名は、ランキング機能の提供のため、当アプリ内または関連サービス上で他のユーザーに公開される場合があります。
ユーザー名には、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスその他の個人を特定できる情報を入力しないことを推奨します。
スコア・ゲーム情報
ランキング機能およびゲーム機能の提供のため、以下の情報を保存または送信する場合があります。

通常版および「ながらラン」で記録したスコア
スコアおよびランキング情報は、当アプリ内または関連サービス上で公開される場合があります。

ランキング機能やユーザーデータ管理のため、ユーザーをアプリ内で識別するための識別情報を使用する場合があります。
これらはランキングやゲームデータの管理、不正利用の防止等の目的で使用します。
接続情報・利用環境
サービスの提供、不正利用防止、障害調査、広告配信等のため、以下の情報が取得される場合があります。

■ 端末内に保存する情報
当アプリでは、ゲーム機能を提供するため、端末内に以下の情報を保存する場合があります。

未送信スコアについては、ランキングへの送信が正常に完了するまで端末内に保持される場合があります。

■ 「ながらラン」で使用する権限・機能
当アプリの「ながらラン」では、他のアプリを使用している間にも丸いアイコンやミニゲームを表示できるよう、Androidの「他のアプリの上に表示」機能を使用します。
この機能は、ながらランのアイコンおよびゲーム画面を他のアプリの上に表示するためにのみ使用します。
当アプリは、この機能を利用して他のアプリの画面内容、入力内容、動画、画像、メッセージ、パスワード等を取得・保存・送信しません。
また、ながらランをバックグラウンドでも利用できるようにするため、通知機能およびForeground Service（フォアグラウンドサービス）を使用します。
「他のアプリの上に表示」はAndroidの特別なアクセス権限としてユーザー自身が許可する仕組みです。
ながらランに必要な権限を許可しない場合でも、通常の「ずんだもんラン」は引き続き利用できます。
権限はAndroid端末の設定から変更できます。

ランキング機能およびユーザーデータ管理のため、Microsoft PlayFabを利用しています。

端末、Android OSのバージョン、他のアプリの動作、端末メーカー独自の仕様等によっては、正常に表示または動作しない場合があります。
ながらランを使用しない場合でも、通常のゲーム機能は利用できます。

■ 知的財産権

■ サービスの変更・停止・終了
運営者は、メンテナンス、障害、サービス仕様の変更その他必要な事情により、当アプリまたは一部機能の内容を変更、停止または終了する場合があります。

■ 免責事項
当アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。
運営者は、当アプリがすべての端末、OS、通信環境等で正常に動作することを保証しません。
ランキングデータ、ユーザーデータ、ゲーム記録等が永久に保存されることを保証しません。
通信障害、端末故障、第三者サービスの障害、サービス終了その他の事情によってデータが失われる場合があります。
運営者は、運営者の故意または重大な過失がある場合その他法令上責任を免除できない場合を除き、当アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、法令で認められる範囲を超えて責任を負いません。

■ プレイ動画・画像の投稿
当アプリのプレイ動画、スクリーンショット等は、動画投稿サイト、配信サービス、SNS等へ投稿・配信できます。

当アプリまたは権利者の信用を著しく損なう利用

Connection and Device Information
Information may be collected for service operation, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and advertising purposes, including:

The App may store information locally on the user's device in order to provide its features, including:

Best scores
Nagara Run settings
Pending scores that have not yet been submitted

Other information required to continue gameplay
Pending scores may remain stored locally until transmission to the ranking service has completed successfully.

Permissions and Features Used by Nagara Run
The App's "Nagara Run" feature uses Android's "Display over other apps" capability to display a floating icon and mini-game while the user is using other apps.
This permission is used only to display the Nagara Run icon and game interface over other applications.
The App does not use this feature to access, collect, store, or transmit the screen contents, text input, videos, images, messages, passwords, or other contents of other applications.
The App also uses notifications and a foreground service to keep Nagara Run available while the App is running in the background.
Android provides "Display over other apps" as a special access mechanism that must be granted by the user.
Users who do not grant these permissions can continue to use the standard Zundamon Run game.
Permissions can be changed through Android system settings.

Third-Party Services
Microsoft PlayFab
The App uses Microsoft PlayFab to provide ranking features and manage game-related user data.

Suspension or Restriction
If a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise poses a risk to the operation of the service, the operator may restrict access, remove ranking entries, or take other reasonable measures.

The operator may modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any part of its services due to maintenance, failures, changes in service specifications, or other necessary circumstances.

Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" basis.
The operator does not guarantee that the App will function properly on every device, operating system, or network environment.
The permanence of ranking data, user data, or gameplay records is not guaranteed.
Data may be lost due to network problems, device failures, outages of third-party services, termination of services, or other circumstances.
Except in cases of intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other circumstances in which liability cannot legally be excluded, the operator will not be liable beyond the extent permitted by applicable law for damages resulting from the use of the App.

Sharing Gameplay Content
Users may share gameplay videos, screenshots, streams, and similar content from the App on social media, streaming platforms, and video-sharing websites.
However, users must not use such content in a manner that:
Violates applicable laws or public order and morality
Infringes the rights of third parties
Materially damages the reputation or rights of the App or applicable rights holders
Where videos or images contain music, artwork, characters, or other content owned by third parties, users must also comply with the applicable terms, licenses, and guidelines of those rights holders.
